Our second West Bank food and cultural outing was a hit! At Nadar Persian Restaurant, we got more than a meal—we got a story, an immigrant journey spanning decades and continents. The warm, family-run vibe shines through, with their sons helping keep everything humming.
The menu leans into bold Persian flavors, especially from northeastern Iran. Kebabs like koobideh and barg come out tender and perfectly seasoned alongside saffron rice, while stews like fesenjan and ghormeh sabzi deliver rich, tangy, herb-packed comfort with every bite.
