Caregiver Support and Dementia Services

Caregiver Support and Dementia Services Caregiver Services support older adults and their caregivers through support groups, health monitoring and education, and respite care.

Adult caregivers or informal providers of in-home and community care are eligible for support, so long as they are caring for an adult 60+ years of age or an individual (of any age) with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. Learn more at: https://www.voamnwi.org/caregiver-support

Today was amazing!
Tuesday Glover and Monisha Washington Richard had the honor of presenting at the Oral Health Coalition Grantees Meeting. We shared the importance of CHW,s and the roles of CHW’s in community when bring awareness about whole person care that includes oral health. We also presented the importance of bringing oral health awareness to the community as it relates to brain health and whole health.
