We, a group of Mfantsefo, having a common bond of residence in Minnesota, in order to strengthen our fraternal ties, foster the spirit of unity and promote and encourage the development of activities or endeavors in the field of health, education, culture, betterment and relief of poverty in Minnesota and Ghana do hereby establish this Organization to be known and called Mfantse Association of Minnesota and adopt the following Constitution to ensure good management of Organization.
