What’s an A1c test?
It shows your average blood sugar over the past 2–3 months. This helps your doctor manage your diabetes and prevent problems.

Need to schedule your A1c test?
Call your clinic. For help finding a clinic, call Hennepin Health Member Services at 612-596-1036 (TTY 711), Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. They can also help you get a ride to your appointment.

Put dental care on your child’s back-to-school checklist! Untreated cavities may lead to infections and problems with focusing on school. Call us at 612-596-1036 to make an appointment to get dental care at the Hennepin Health Member Service Center on August 25 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Expert providers from Children’s Dental Service (serving adults and children) will be there to serve you.
