I just realized something that's been bothering me.
We've normalized being "busy" so much that when someone asks "How are you?" we compete to see who's more exhausted.

"I'm swamped."
"I haven't slept in days."
"I'm drowning in work."

When did rest become something we're ashamed of?
This week I chose to do less. And honestly? I got more done.
Maybe the flex isn't how tired you are. Maybe it's how at peace you are.
