It is with profound shock and sadness that we share with you that Carolina Petrino, a precious 6-month-old baby girl has been diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer. Carolina's parents, Michael Petrino, an NYPD Sergeant and Jessica Petrino, an ER nurse are devastated by this news and will be out of work for the foreseeable future. They also have their 3-year-old baby Antonio Petrino to raise in the midst of this. Although this news comes with a mixture of emotions, we all remain hopeful. Both Mike & Jess are as tough as they come and if there's anything anyone knows about the Petrino's, it's that they are fighters.
