It was a pleasure to attend the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for NY-04 at Hofstra University sponsored by Congresswoman Laura Gillen. I was amazed by the creativity of the submissions from the students of the 4th Congressional District. Congratulations to all the students for receiving well deserved recognition for their artwork. Special congratulations to the many students from LD1 and the overall winner from Rockville Centre, Gabriela Guizzo.

It was a great Sunday working together with Legislator Mule as we rolled up our sleeves for the Baldwin and Freeport community cleanup series. From Milburn Creek to Loft’s Pond Park, we worked with dozens of volunteers and partners to keep our community and district beautiful.

Special thanks to all who joined us including the students from Freeport and Baldwin High Schools who came together to make a real impact.
