🔥 IT’S HOT… AND SO IS THE PARTY! 🔥

We know the forecast is calling for 89 degrees on Saturday, but let’s be honest… that’s exactly what a Summer Soirée is supposed to feel like! ☀️🍹

By the time our event begins at 11 PM, the sun will be long gone, the temperature will be dropping, and the rooftop breeze overlooking the Manhattan skyline will be just right.

✨ Amazing rooftop views
✨ Delicious food included
✨ Great music by some of NYC’s hottest DJs
✨ Networking with fellow members and supporters
✨ A chance to celebrate Haitian culture, unity, and community

Don’t let a daytime weather report make you miss what is shaping up to be one of the best events of the summer. We survived Caribbean heat, Labor Day Parades, Haitian Flag Day celebrations, and Carnival weekends… we can certainly handle a beautiful June evening in Brooklyn! 🇭🇹🙌🏾

Come for the view. Stay for the vibes.
Let’s show up and show out for this historic collaboration between NYCD HALEFO and the NYCD Haitian Society.

🎟️ If you haven’t secured your ticket yet, now is the time!

🌺🇭🇹 Bonne Fête des Mères 🇭🇹🌺

Today, the NYC Department of Correction Haitian Society proudly celebrates the strength, sacrifice, resilience, and unconditional love of Haitian mothers everywhere.

To the mothers who work tirelessly to provide, protect, nurture, and inspire—thank you. Your courage shapes generations, your wisdom strengthens families, and your love serves as the foundation of our communities.

From Haiti to New York and beyond, Haitian mothers embody perseverance, faith, dignity, and grace. Whether you are a biological mother, stepmother, grandmother, godmother, foster mother, or a woman who lovingly fills a mother’s role, today we honor you.

💙❤️ You are the heart of our families.
💙❤️ You are the keepers of our culture.
💙❤️ You are the first teachers, strongest advocates, and greatest blessings.

May God continue to bless you with good health, happiness, and the love you so generously give to others every day.

Bonne Fête des Mères à toutes les mamans haïtiennes!
Mèsi pou lanmou nou, fòs nou, ak sakrifis nou yo. Nou renmen nou e nou apresye nou. 🇭🇹❤️

With Love and Respect,

NYC Department of Correction Haitian Society

Here’s a caption that honors the event, the legacy of Bruce Boyd, and your presence representing the NYCD Haitian Society:

🏈🕊️ Today, I had the honor of representing the NYCD Haitian Society at the Bruce Boyd Memorial Game.

This event was more than football—it was about brotherhood, service, remembrance, and community. We gathered to celebrate the life and legacy of Bruce Boyd, a man whose impact continues to inspire those who knew him and the generations that follow.

It was beautiful to see officers, families, friends, and supporters come together in unity, proving that while a life may end, a legacy lives on forever.

Thank you to the NYC Boldest Football Team for keeping Bruce’s memory alive and for creating a space where fellowship, sportsmanship, and love for one another remain at the forefront.

“One Game. One Team. One Legacy.”

Rest in Peace, Bruce Boyd. Your light continues to shine. 🕊️💙🏈

🇺🇸🕊️ Today, the NYCD Haitian Society pauses to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and our nation.

Their courage, service, and dedication will never be forgotten. We remember the heroes who gave everything so that future generations could live with hope and opportunity.

🇭🇹🤍 Nou sonje yo. Nou respekte yo. Nou pap janm bliye sakrifis yo.
(We remember them. We honor them. We will never forget their sacrifice.)

On this Memorial Day, we stand united in gratitude and respect for all who served and especially for those who never made it home.

🕯️ “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
