On Wednesday, Exceed's clients at Oatfield learned to make taco salad in a cooking class taught by our very own board member, Helene Siegfried. We want to extend a huge thank you to Tillamook County Creamery Association for the generous grant that made this experience possible!

Back in April, Exceed hosted some visitors from Starkey, a nonprofit organization based in Kansas with a mission to enrich the lives of those with intellectual disabilities. Staff visited our Mallard office to deepen relationships, observe programs, and learn more about Exceed's evolution!

You may remember reading about members of Exceed's team, Debbie Edlund and Carrie Dickson, visiting Starkey's facilities in our Winter Impact Report earlier this year. As a mentor organization, we've been fortunate to share what we've learned about the transition to 100% community-based programming. Keep an eye out for future updates on our partnership!

Last night, our friends and fellow advocates gathered in full force to celebrate Exceed at In Our Community 2024.

All in all, over 100 people attended to collectively give, learn about Exceed's evolution, acknowledge the accomplishments of our clients. We raised over $55,000 in support of our mission!

Even if you couldn't be with us last night, there's still an opportunity for you to participate in this meaningful celebration. Our donation portal will remain open for a week, so there's still time to help us reach our goal of raising $60,000.
