Established in 1968, Exceed Enterprises is a non-profit organization that excels in providing vocational, recreational and personal development services for people with diverse abilities.
Exceed serves the Portland and Salem metro area offering a wide spectrum of services to support adults with diverse abilities at every stage in their journey to community integration and employment. We meet clients where they are and get them where they want to be through a variety of personal services, community activities, and diverse employment opportunities.

Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging (MAP) :
Exceed’s 35,000 sq. ft. production facility and its integrated workforce have earned a reputation for dependable on-time production and quality control with hundreds of companies in the Portland metropolitan area. By following our ISO 9001: 2008 certification protocols and using Lean Manufacturing principles we are able to keep our labor costs competitive.

Work Futures:
Work Futures is a supported employment program
committed to helping individuals explore career paths
and supporting them to be successful in job skills, job
searches, job placement and sustainable work through
their continued growth in both customized and
competitive employment in their community.
Paths 2 PDX:
Has one of the best community first choice
programs in the area. We believe that social interaction
is at the heart of human experience. Community
based programs offer a variety of education,
integration and social events to keep our
individuals independent, active and involved in their communities.
UpSkills Employment Training Program:
This “Community First Choice” program provides participants community access to employment related activities. These training experiences enhance their work related skills and offer them opportunities to learn about businesses and work opportunities in their communities. It is a place to discuss life/work skills challenges and overcome barriers to employment and independence.
SAIL: Supporting Alternatives in Living.
SAIL builds self-worth, learning and friendships through community outings as well as structured educational, social, and physical activities. We tailor our program to provide the least restrictive setting with maximum opportunity for independence, based on the need for support.
Group Support Employment:
GSE is a team of individuals who do contract work
with community employers. This experience provides
a unique environment that creates both personal and
vocational skill benefits for all workers while creating
successful partnerships in the community. The teams
provide reliable and high value work for integrated community employers.
