Milwaukee Succeeds is a collaborative effort launched in summer 2011 by the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Greater Milwaukee Committee, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, Milwaukee Urban League, United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the Helen Bader Foundation as a way to unite the community around a common goal: bringing about lasting change to the way education works for childre

We’re proud to celebrate the winners of our Youth-led Grantmaking Project, where youth teams developed bold ideas focused on supporting, uplifting and empowering their peers.

Each winning team will receive $4,000 to bring their project to life. From storytelling and wellness to community care and creative expression, their ideas showcase the incredible passion, leadership and vision young people bring to our city!
