411 East Wisconsin Center

411 East Wisconsin Center 411 East Wisconsin Center is a 30-story Class A building located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee? A $17.5 million renovation is planned for the building.

Designed by architect Harry Weese, 411 East Wisconsin Center was constructed in 1984 1985 on the former site of the TA Chapman and Goldsmith Buildings. Soaring 408 feet high with 654,165 square feet of office and retail space, the tower boasts exquisite views of Milwaukee and Lake Michigan. Other architectural highlights include a five-story lobby atrium and garden courtyard with reflecting pool.

The building touts a responsive, tenured on-site management team. Tenants have full use of the tower’s two shared conference facilities, covered parking and 24-hour on-site security. In addition to a number of on-site amenities, tenants appreciate the building’s accessibility to downtown Milwaukee’s arts and cultural scene, and close proximity to the Pfister and Marriott Hotels. The building features two professionally managed attached parking structures with a capacity of 1,400 vehicles. The building and parking structures are both equipped with 24-hour on-site security, security an es**rt to vehicle service, extensive access control system, and closed-circuit monitoring to ensure tenant and customer safety and comfort. Quarles & Brady, a nationally respected law firm among the Am Law 200, has been headquartered at 411 East Wisconsin Center since 1986. Other notable tenants include von Briesen & Roper, s.c., Landaas & Company, Lindner & Marsack, s.c., Mercer, Morgan Stanley, PNC Bank, American Appraisal and Wisconsin Athletic Club. In 2014, 411 East Wisconsin Center was purchased by Riverview Realty Partners, an affiliate of Stamford, Conn.-based Five Mile Capital Partners.

Recycle and Compost: Keep a bin handy for glass, plastic and paper trash you can recycle rather than toss. Make soup from vegetable peelings, leftover meat and bones. Picked-over vegetables can be composted, though remaining meat and bones will need to be thrown away.
