As ATF Commander, C/Lt Col Christman has taken on the mantle of overseeing all Cadet-led operations across the detachment.

This pilot-select has developed a leadership philosophy that encourages development, relying on the principles of learning, accountability, and performance to ensure every Cadet learns the skills necessary to become effective leaders in society.

Christman’s own journey to getting his pilot slot wasn’t simple. To be selected, he had to graduate field training, excel in his physical fitness, and score highly on the AFOQT, a standardized test all Cadets take, as well as the TBAS, a pilot candidate evaluation test.

If leadership sounds like a skill you want to develop, or C/Lt Col Christman’s journey has you wanting to take on the challenge, you can email us at [email protected]
