Milwaukee-based engineering firm GRAEF continues to move forward planning the Lakefront Gateway Plaza project and will begin its fundraising campaign for the $26 million project early next year.

On October 27, 2015 The City of Milwaukee announced that the design team led by GRAEF was selected as the winner of the Lakefront Gateway Plaza National Design Competition. The selected design will be used to secure funds and grants for further design and construction.

If you missed the meeting about yesterday and want to learn more and comment on the Lakefront Gateway Plaza design, come by the Doors Open Milwaukee at the UWM School of Architecture and Urban Planning.
