PEARLS for Teen Girls We believe that every girl is precious, unique and has the potential to succeed, no matter what.

PEARLS is a unique leadership development program serving girls middle school through high school, and beyond, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We empower girls to live out the PEARLS values: Personal Responsibility, Empathy, Awareness, Respect, Leadership and Support.

We were especially impressed by their apprenticeship programs in marketing, entrepreneurship, education and horticulture. Keep an eye out for their fall apprenticeships! 🪴

Before she became PEARLS’ Brand Design Specialist, Bee was a young artist selling commissions online at twelve years old and spending hours sketching original characters.

Today, she still protects creativity and mentors our girls to foster and embrace theirs.
