The historical spacious single family home, located just minutes from the town of Shorewood. The home offers 3 private bedrooms, 1 Double suite, at least one shared bathroom, a large kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious family room, as well as laundry facilities on-site. A sun filled deck is located through the patio door of the family room and overlooks the large, open yard. We are a pet friendly community and have regular visits from our trained four legged friends. The property features (2) growing gardens with the option to plant fruit, plants or vegetables, (1) campfire pit. This allows for them to gain valuable life skills knowing where their food has originated and assisting with the process of bringing the items from farm to table. The home at this time is not equipped for residents in wheelchairs or for those who walk regularly with the use of crutches or a cane.
