🚨 We’re Now Hiring Emergency Communications Officers! 🚨

Our firefighters and police officers often receive recognition for the incredible work they do in the community, but behind every emergency response is a dedicated Emergency Communications Officer. The calm voice in the storm, the first point of contact, and the critical link that helps save lives.

If you’re someone who can stay focused under pressure, think quickly, and has a heart to serve others, this could be the opportunity for you.

Be the one who answers the call when someone needs help the most.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to all of our community partners and members who joined us for the screening of CYCLE. Your presence and engagement helped create an almost full house and made the evening a powerful and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

A very special thank you to the film’s directors, Laura Dyan Kezman and William Howell, for sharing their incredible talent and vision in creating such a critical and thought-provoking piece of media. CYCLE sparked important dialogue, and we are grateful for the care and intention you brought to telling this story.

We also want to recognize Bridget Whitaker for serving as moderator and doing an outstanding job guiding the discussion. Her thoughtful facilitation helped ensure the conversation was impactful, respectful, and engaging.

Events like this remind us of the strength of community and the importance of coming together for honest dialogue. Thank you all for being part of it. 🎬

The relationship between police and the community has been fractured and strained for years. The reality is that many people no longer see police officers as human beings.

We want to change that narrative by showing that our officers are More Than Officers. They are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, and active members of our community. They wake up every day just like the rest of us, with families they love and lives beyond the badge.

Taking an oath to protect and serve doesn’t strip someone of their humanity. It reflects their willingness to put others first.

Through our More Than An Officer campaign, we hope to help bridge the gap, rebuild trust, and remind our community that behind every uniform is a human being with a heart to serve ❤️
