Praise the Lord for answered prayer. The Board of Directors for the Alpha Women's Center have appointed a new Director. Please welcome Michelle Zilke. Her and her husband have 5 children. She has a heart for the pro-life ministry and is excited to see God's hand at work. Please pray for her and her family as she transitions into the AWC ministry. More to follow in April. Thank you for your continued prayers.

Please join us for our annual Bike Ride for Life August 17, 2024 @ Sheridan Park (4800 S, Lake Dr, Cudahy WI ) picnic area #3. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Ride @ 10 a.m. Family picnic to follow. All are welcome ! If attending the picnic please contact Greendaly Baptist Church (414) 421-4250. by August 11th with your count. This is a fundraising event. You may ask for people to sponsor you , in which case there is no cost to you. If no sponsors, cost is 20$/person, 30$/couple, 40$/family, 10$/every family member after 4. Thank you for your support in this vital ministry.

Our Walk for Life fundraiser began this past Saturday at Grant Park with the sun off the water of Lake Michigan, the deer that were seen along the walk path, and of course the treats at the end. Thank you, First Baptist Church of Oak Creek. Many churches are involved in this fundraiser. If you would like to donate to this years Walk for life you may go to our website or FB page.

We had a good Bike Ride for Life. We didn’t get rained on and there were no injuries. Ridership was down but so thankful and encouraged by those that did come out this morning to support AWC. The lunch was tasty and the fellowship a blessing. Thanks to the committee from Greendale Baptist Church for their time and work in planning the ride. Thank you Ray for grilling all the burgers and hot dogs.

Our Family Bike Ride for Life is coming up this Saturday. Come join us for scenic 8 mile ride along the lake. Lunch for riders and their families will be provided after the ride. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. You can pre-register and get more info by contacting Greendale Baptist Church at 414-421-4250 or the Center at 414-445-2273.
