Steve Dietz (left) and Brian Larsen add racks of Greek chicken to the rotisserie grill in a tent behind Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church during its their inaugural Taste of Greece, held Saturday and Sunday. About 1,000 chickens were grilled over the weekend.

One of the problems with Milwaukee in the winter is that it isn't summer and all those festivals aren't around every weekend. A Taste of Greece will take place at the Annuciation Greek Orthodox Church Saturday and Sunday.
