A Week in Review at Franciscan Peacemakers! 💜

What a full and beautiful week!

Volunteers from New Life Church WB arrived with an abundance of hot food, warm hearts, and helping hands. After setting up a buffet in our Hospitality Center for the women who stopped in throughout the day, Mary, Gail, Karen, and Nancy helped with production by boxing more than 600 bars of soap! Wow, these ladies don’t mess around…Thank you for blessing us with your servant hearts!💜

We also delivered the first order to our new retail partner, Peace Yoga Studio & Wellness Center, sent a team to Nashville for a special training opportunity at Thistle Farms, and spent Saturday sharing our mission and selling Peace + All Good products at both the Waukesha Farmers' Market and the Pink Pumpkin Run - Hartford, WI.

We also celebrated the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi during his Jubilee Year, honoring 800 years since his passing and the spirit of peace, compassion, and dignity that continues to guide our work. 💜
Along the way, our outreach programs served many women, while our production team stayed busy preparing for the upcoming holiday season. Whew, what a week!

Thank you to every volunteer, partner, customer, donor, and supporter who helped make it possible. Your kindness and support help us meet women where they are and offer care, connection, and opportunities for healing.

Check the comments for our updated schedule of upcoming events. We hope to see you soon.

Peace & All Good!

Honoring St. Francis of Assisi in this Jubilee Year. 🕊️

As we celebrate the Jubilee Year of St. Francis, marking 800 years since his death, we remember his deep reverence for God, every human life, and all creation.

St. Francis showed us that dignity is never earned or lost. It is present in every person, every creature, and every part of creation.

“Praised be You, my Lord, through all Your creatures.”

May we follow his example by meeting one another with compassion, protecting the vulnerable, and recognizing the sacred worth of every life.

And as we give thanks for 31 years of Franciscan Peacemakers serving women who have experienced or are currently experiencing s*xual exploitation, addiction, homelessness, and other traumas, we ask God to continue guiding and strengthening us to serve with the compassion, humility, and dignity reflected in the life of Saint Francis.

Peace + All Good 💜
