🚗 Road Ready Youth Driver’s Education (RRYDE) 🚗

Freedom and independence start here!

The Greater Milwaukee Urban League is now accepting registrations for the Road Ready Youth Driver’s Education (RRYDE) program.

📅 Orientation: July 9, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
📅 Class Dates: July 13–17, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Eligibility Requirements:
• Ages 15–17½
• Enrolled in school, a high school equivalency program, or graduated
• Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Must attend the orientation session if approved

Seats are limited. Register today and take the first step toward earning your driver's education certification.

The Greater Milwaukee Urban League AI Summer Camp is a 4 week accelerator pilot for students entering grades 8–12 focused on artificial intelligence, automation, coding, and digital product development.

Students participate in hands on learning experiences using platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Zapier, Base44, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets while working alongside instructors in a collaborative lab environment.

The program includes project based learning, exposure to AI tools and workflows, and opportunities for students to present their work during a culminating demo experience.

he Greater Milwaukee Urban League’s S.T.E.A.M. n2 Careers Summit at Discovery World brought together students from across Milwaukee for a powerful day of innovation, career exploration, and hands on learning.

Students from Lynde and Harry Bradley Technology and Trade School, Dr. George Washington Carver Academy of Mathematics and Science, Oliver Wendell Holmes School, and additional participating schools explored real world opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts/agriculture, and mathematics through interactive experiences and career conversations.

The energy, creativity, and curiosity on display made one thing clear — Milwaukee’s future is bright.
