Peter Peckarsky

Peter Peckarsky The future of the Democratic Party requires us to create our own plan. We must have vision, unity, and a solid game plan to move forward. Together. Mr.

Peter Peckarsky is the brilliance behind the Peckarsky Project, an organization formed to educate and inspire voters about election protection. Peckarsky is passionate about justice and the equal delivery of constitutional rights for all. The simple act of voting is the only means by which the power to govern is legitimately conferred in our nation. Protecting the voting process from beginning to

end is a necessity. Peter Peckarsky is an attorney and long-time Democratic progressive activist, serving primarily as Voter Protection counsel. Thank you to everyone that volunteered for poll duty, or campaigns and exercised your Constitutional right to vote, both in November and in the Georgia Senate runoffs. As the last few weeks have shown so very clearly, this is the most important set of elections in American history and, as was predictable, the fight to protect our fragile republic is far from over.

You may be wondering what we at the Election Software Project have been doing since we last met. Rest assured, the work has not stopped. We are now ready to provide an update and discuss our next steps. After watching Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris being sworn in as the 46th President and Vice President of the United States on Wed, January 20, we would like to invite you to join us on Thursday evening, January 21st at 7pm CST.

Join us for our Post-Inauguration event on January 21st at 7:00 p.m. CST by clicking on this link to register:

We know its been a few weeks since our last update. Everyday, we are hearing about a court decision, a State hearing, or a new filing. Meanwhile, the Election Software Project Team have been hard at work continuing to crunch the numbers for the November election and preparing to protect the U.S. Senate elections in Georgia on January 5.

More importantly, we have been following the Federal and State Court cases in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Currently, action is expected in 6 Federal cases (one at the U.S. Supreme Court) and a state court case in Wisconsin. What does this mean? A candidate is trying to reverse the result for 73 electoral votes before the Electoral College votes on December 14.

The Election Software Project Team is meeting this Thursday, November 10 at 7pm CST to discuss the latest information in the courts and in the Georgia Senate elections.

We hope you can join us. If you have attended any of our previous meetings, be on the lookout for an invite in your Inbox by end of the day Tuesday. If you are interested in receiving an invite, please DM with your name, your State, and your email address.

As always, please stay safe, well, and healthy. See you Thursday.

This is the most important election in American history. Millions of Americans have already voted and millions more are planning how they’re going to vote in the next few weeks. Time is short to protect your vote in the upcoming November election. Every day, every week remaining, is critical to laying the groundwork in key battleground states to ensure that our votes are counted as we, the American People, cast them.
