Calling all family caregivers! You are invited to our new Milwaukee County Caregiver Collaborative! The Caregiver Collaborative events will be a space for caregivers to connect, reflect, and grow together! Events will be scheduled through the year and each event will include a guided activity and time to connect with other caregivers in an informal support group atmosphere. This Collaborative will also provide input to shape the Milwaukee County Caregiver Support Program activities and advocacy priorities.
