This gentle, beginner-friendly program, helps older adults build strength, improve stability, and reduce fall risk through simple, flowing movements.

"Winter Hymns" is a 2026 drama about a palliative care doctor navigating a day of emotional encounters with dying patients and their families.
The film is written and directed by Nathan Deming, a Wisconsin-based filmmaker inspired by his father, a family physician who practiced palliative care.
The movie was filmed in Menomonie, Wisconsin, and showcases local acting talent alongside professional performers.
You can check it out next Saturday, June 20th at the Oriental Theatre MKE.

The Caregiver Collaborative events will be a space for caregivers to connect, reflect, and grow together!
Events will be scheduled throughout the year, and each event will include a guided activity and time to connect with other caregivers in an informal support group atmosphere.
This Collaborative will also provide input to shape the Milwaukee County Caregiver Support Program activities and advocacy priorities.

Are your medications increasing your fall risk?

Many medications can cause side effects or interact with each other, raising fall risk. Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, confusion, increased urinary frequency, and blood pressure changes.
