The ASHA Project, provides culturally specific domestic/sexual violence victim services for particularly African American and other victims and their families residing in the central city of Milwaukee, WI. The ASHA Project (TAP) is a rebirth of Asha Family Services, an African American led community-based, culturally specific program for domestic, sexual and trafficking victims residing in Milwauk

ee's central city and surrounding area. The Asha Project is a unique collaboration with End Domestic Abuse, WI.
