That’s a wrap on EWL's 9th Annual Speaker Blitz! 🎤✨

Yesterday afternoon, we brought together five incredible women for honest conversations, fresh perspectives and stories that remind us of the power of using your voice.

From leadership and career growth to navigating change and showing up with confidence, Jennifer M. Berry, Lauren Greer (Arzbecker), Mary Joy Hickey, Dericka Owens and Emily LoMenzo Washcovick each brought their own experiences and insights to the stage.

A few takeaways that stuck with us:

💡Sometimes resilience is just finding hope.
💡Preparation is the evidence you build for confidence.
💡The voice you're most afraid to use is usually the one that was yours all along.
💡The hustle should come from passion, not the other way around.
💡Your path is specific to you!

Thank you to our five speakers for sharing your voices, experiences and wisdom with the TEMPO community, and to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of meaningful conversation.

And a special thank you to Emma Bohorfoush for guiding us through the afternoon as our emcee! 💙

This is what happens when women come together, share what they’ve learned and make space for one another to grow.
