Happy International Day of Play! ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŽˆ

From infancy on, play is an important part of a childโ€™s life. For babies and toddlers, simple, playful interactions with adults support brain development, the foundations of lifelong health, and the building blocks of resilience. Play is also a great way for children to practice and strengthen executive function skills, including focusing their attention, improving their memory, and developing basic self-control.

Don't miss this FREE event! Be sure to register for EDtalk: The Village Speaks | Navigating Autism Together โ€“ Part 2, on Wednesday, March 11.

We're especially excited to share that one of our very own staff, Nancy Dumas, will be part of the panel, helping lead an important conversation and sharing their expertise. This event will explore medical and educational pathways, Medicaid and CLTS options, therapy supports, and real-life parenting experiences all through the voices of professionals and families who understand the system firsthand.

One month from today, weโ€™re coming together to support families navigating life after an autism diagnosis.

An autism diagnosis is not the end of the story... itโ€™s the beginning of a new journey. And no family should have to navigate that journey alone.

Join us on Wednesday, March 11 for EDtalk: The Village Speaks | Navigating Autism Together โ€“ Part 2, a free community conversation focused on what comes after the diagnosis.

Weโ€™ll explore medical and educational pathways, Medicaid and CLTS options, therapy supports, and real-life parenting experiences all through the voices of professionals and families who understand the system firsthand.

Because when the village speaks, families feel supported. ๐Ÿ’œ
