Today, the City of Milton joins the nation in honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to remember the strength, courage, and unity shown in the face of tragedy.

Community members and first responders were invited by VFW Post 11401 & VFW Post 2224 to meet at the 9/11 memorial in Milton for a Remembrance Ceremony at 5:46am, the time the North Tower was hit 25 years ago.

Our 9/11 Memorial at Milton Community Park is a peaceful place to pause, reflect, and pay tribute. If you have a moment today, we invite you to visit.

Let’s never forget — and always remember the power of community.
