With her women-led team and herd of dairy cows located just outside Milton Freewater, Creamline Farms milk comes from a family farm right here in your community. ⁠

Erica grew up living a lifestyle similar to many of us - unsure of where her food really came from and who was behind the scenes making it possible. ✨
⁠
When she married into a dairy farming family, her world changed - she learned about real, natural food sourced from family farmers she knew by name.

Erica fell in love with the delicious flavor of natural dairy right off the farm and was passionate about making that possible for her local community to enjoy, as well! ✨

Now milking dairy cows since 2007, it’s safe to say there's nothing she'd rather be doing!

From caring for the every need of each cow in our herd to bottling up and delivering our dairy products to our local partners, our hands are behind each part of our operation! ☀️

Beginning at 3:00 AM every morning with the first milking of the day, our family and incredible team work day in and day out to bring you the freshest products straight from our farm to you!

When we handle every part of the process, we can ensure that you get the very best - which, we believe, is exactly what our incredible community deserves! ☀️

Cream rises to the top! ☀️⁠

Our dairy milk at Creamline Farms is non-homogenized and batch-pasteurized! ⁠
⁠
Pasteurization and homogenization are different processes! ☀️

✨ Pasteurization is the process of heating milk to a certain temperature to neutralize any potentially harmful bacteria.
⁠
✨ Homogenization is an indicator of how processed milk is - when the cream is left within the milk, it will rise to the top over time. ⁠
⁠
Because our milk is non-homogenized, the cream rises to the top which indicates that our dairy has been processed as minimally as possible to preserve as much of the nutritional benefits of the milk! ☀️⁠
⁠
Our bodies can struggle to digest broken down fats found in homogenized milk, which is often why non-homogenized milk like ours is gentler on the body and offers more nutrients. ⁠
⁠
Our primary goal is always your health and well-being and we do what we can to create a nutritionally dense and delicious product that is safe for you to consume! ☀️⁠
