Water/Wastewater/ Public Works Director

The City of Milroy is accepting applications for a full-time Water/Wastewater Public Works Director. Qualifications: Class D Water license and Class D Wastewater license or be able to obtain these in a reasonable amount of time. Duties include but are not limited to maintenance and repair of streets, storm water systems, lift station, water and sewer lines, city well, city buildings, parks, and equipment. Must have hands-on mechanical skills and be able to work independently. Wage depends on qualifications.

The City of Milroy will be launching e-billing. E-billing means that you no longer have to receive your bill in the mail, easier to find and a money saver for the city as well. You can go to the city website at milroy.municipalimpact.com and click on the view e-bill button on the home page. This will then take you to the
e-commerce website. You will need your pin, which I will highlight on your next water billing on 8.28.2025 along with instructions on how to set up.

Trash Pick-up will be a day late next week due to the Labor Day Holiday. Normally picked up on Thursday 9/4, will now be picked up on Friday 9/5.
