REMINDER: Tomorrow - 9/11/2026 - Millvale Community Blood Drive at the Millvale Community Center (416 Lincoln Avenue). 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM.

Donors will be eligible to receive a Flight 93 Memorial shirt (while supplies last) from Vitalant.

As we mark the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity that defined that day. Here in Western Pennsylvania, near the Flight 93 National Memorial, donating blood is a meaningful way to honor those lost and help save lives in our communities today. Donate blood with Vitalant at participating blood drives between September 5 and 11 to receive a Vitalant Flight 93 commemorative t-shirt (while supplies last) as a thank you for your time and donation and in shared remembrance.

Very exciting news from Pittsburgh Water! Note: in Millvale this will only apply to your water bill. For sewage and refuse, you will still need to contact Jordan Tax Service.

This month, we launched an improved version of our Arrearage Forgiveness Program to help participants get back on their feet. Eligible customers can have their past-due balances forgiven over 24 months while staying up-to-date on their current monthly charges. NOTICE OF VACANT COUNCIL SEAT:

The Borough of Millvale is accepting letters of interest from qualified residents who wish to be considered for appointment to a vacant seat on Borough Council. The appointed term will run from October 6, 2026, through January 3, 2028.

Eligibility
• Be at least 18 years of age; and
• Be a registered voter in Pennsylvania; and
• Have resided in the Borough of Millvale for at least one year.
