Dear Milltown Day Pariticipant,

Regretfully with a 96% chance for rain on Saturday and 55% chance for rain on Sunday, we have decided that the best course of action would be to cancel our activities for Milltown Day for both Saturday and Sunday of this weekend.

Even if it were not to rain on Sunday the grounds will be saturated and the temps very low. It would truly be a lose lose scenario. We struggled and explored every possible outcome and feel the best we can do is to move the event to the following weekend.

Please confirm your participation for NEXT SATURDAY, October 8th 10am-3pm.

We are very dissapointed that we cannot move forward as planned but hope that as many of you as possibe can change courses with us.

REGARDING MILLTOWN DAY

We share your concern about the weather forecast.

We have been keeping an eye on it and looking to make a decision to move to Sunday if not cancel altogether.

We know this is very unfortunate but this weather system could mean flooding etc for our area. We have not yet discussed changing the date to later in October and are not sure this will be an option for us as this time.

We will send out a definitive update later today if not Friday morning.
