What to Expect:
This is not a performance or a yoga class. There is nothing you need to do except get comfortable, breathe, and allow yourself to relax.
Once everyone is settled on their floats, you'll be guided through a gentle meditation to help quiet the mind and ease into the experience. Throughout the evening, you'll simply rest while listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Some people feel deeply relaxed, some become emotional, some notice vivid imagery, and others may even drift off to sleep. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.
The gentle movement of the water adds another layer of relaxation, creating a peaceful environment where you can let go of the stress of everyday life and simply be present.
Whether this is your first meditation or you've practiced for years, you are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Bring:
A fully inflated raft or float (required to float on the water)
Yoga mat or blanket (if you are choosing to be on land)
A towel
A water bottle
Optional: an eye mask to help deepen your relaxation & water bottle
Comfortable clothing or swimwear that you do not mind getting wet
