Although they did a good job, they didn't manage to make it out in time. :( They came really close to solving the case and had what they needed, but weren't able to contact us with their guess in time. Sorry, guys! Hope you still had fun!

The youth group from Covenant Presbyterian Church, PCA did a great job! Both groups were a lot of fun to watch and it seemed like they had a blast!

Want to come but don't know who to invite? This is a great activity for youth groups, college and career groups, friends, co-workers, couples, family members - anyone! Just keep in mind the ideal group size is between 4 and 8. We won't be open for much longer, so book now or lose the chance to impress everyone with your sleuthing skills! ;)

Here's a video showing an escape room in action! Different teams from The Today Show attempt to get out of a room in New York in an hour! Look like fun? You can have this much fun in our humble little room right here! We're only going to be open through the end of March, so book now to make sure you don't miss out on the fun! We can schedule weeknights, Friday nights, and Saturdays (Saturday, March 12 is wide open, so you can book for anytime that day!).

Lots of people are wondering what an escape room is (it's a relatively new phenomenon), so here's a quick video explaining what it's like and showing how one room in Arizona has it set up. The concept for ours is the same, but you are not locked in the room, you just have to solve the case! Do you have what it takes to solve a case in 60 minutes or less? Well, now's your chance to prove it! We have created a puzzle room (also called escape rooms and breakout rooms, though ours does not require escaping, the door is NOT locked for all you claustrophobics) just for our friends, family, and whoever else wants to come (so invite away)!

What is a puzzle room? You and your friends, significant other, family, and/or random strangers will enter a room that is, again, NOT LOCKED, and try to solve a crime by using teamwork to unlock boxes, solve puzzles, and find hidden objects! You will have 60 minutes to finish solving the crime.

Not convinced yet? Well, you have nothing to lose because we aren't charging anything! That's right, it's FREE! However, we will take a small donation ($2-$3) if you enjoy it (we did spend some money and lots of time on this).

Who can come? Anyone over the age of 13, groups of 4-8. You will need to get your own group together and book with me to make sure you get the spot you want. If you don't have enough for the minimum of 4, just let me know and I'll try to put you with another group.

When? We are going to try to be open on most Saturdays and some Fridays. See schedule below. If you are interested in a weeknight, or a time not listed, just ask - the worst we can do is say no! :) Times will change constantly, so keep checking back.

How do you book this thing? You can message me, see me in person, or text my dedicated puzzle room number - (828) 278-8374. You MUST book ahead of time. Please arrive a few minutes earlier than your scheduled time.

Where? American Cable, 34 Sterling Place, Mills River, NC. This is our family's business, so don't freak out when you drive up to a warehouse. You'll know you're in the right place when you see "American Cable" on the building and caution tape on the porch.
