The Town has contracted Kleinfelder engineering to assist with locating water service shutoff valves (also known as curb stops) on residential properties. This work is part of ongoing efforts to support the Town’s compliance with federal Lead and Copper Rule requirements and to improve the accuracy of water service line records.

What Residents Should Expect:

Contractors will be working Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27.

Work will take place only outdoors, typically in front yards near the property line. Residents may see crews using small locating tools or brief hand‑digging to uncover valve boxes.

Contractors will NOT request entry into any homes. Disruptions are expected to be minimal.

The Town Police Department has been notified of the scheduled work.

If you have questions, please contact the Town’s Water Department at 508-376-5424
