🐾🌱 Dog Park Area Temporarily Closed for Reseeding 🌱🐾
The Town of Milliken will be reseeding the south side of the Dog Park today, June 11, and will begin irrigation of the area.
To allow the new seed time to germinate and establish, this section of the Dog Park will be closed for the next four weeks. We ask all park visitors to please respect the temporary closure and keep pets out of the designated area during this time.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our community parks and green spaces. We look forward to reopening the area once the new grass is established!

Our Water/Wastewater Department will be repairing a sewer main this Thursday, June 11th.

πŸ“ Where: The alley between N. Harriett Ave. and N. Irene Ave.
⏰ When: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Estimated completion)

Important Details:
β€’ The alley will be fully blocked off with barricades while crews complete the repairs.
β€’ Please make sure any vehicles or items are moved out of the alley before 8:00 AM on Thursday.

1️⃣ The Milliken Planning Commission (1 Seat Open)
πŸ‘‰ What they do: Guided by the Milliken Municipal Code, this statutory board reviews incoming development requests, neighborhood zoning changes, and land-use applications to directly guide the Town Board of Trustees on how Milliken grows!

β€’ 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month.
β€’ ⏰ Time: 5:00 PM Work Session | 6:00 PM Regular Meeting at the Milliken Meeting House (1201 Broad Street).

This is to notify residents that Ehrlich Lake Park will be closed beginning Monday, June 1st, and will remain closed through the end of the month. The closure is necessary to allow for the installation of new playground equipment and related improvements at Ehrlich Lake Park.
