I contacted the courthouse yesterday and was officially told I had the most votes. The votes were close 169 to 139. By looking back at the previous elections, this was one of the biggest turn outs for voting for a non presidential election Wells Township has had to date. I want to begin by thanking every single person that campaigned for me starting back in May during the preliminary election. Even though I was at a big disadvantage by not making it on the ballot, these people and the community came through for me. Thank you for all the phone calls to the community, handing out cards, accepting my signs in your yards, and standing out in the cold for me on Election Day. Everyone one of you know who you are. Thank you. I also want to thank every single person in the community for coming out, wanting to vote for me, and physically taking the time to “write in” my name. I’ve enjoyed chatting with everyone, listening to their wants and concerns, and meeting new people. It was close, but it’s nice to say, I will be one of Wells Township’s Supervisors starting in the near future. Thank you! 🇺🇸
