Our community provides personalized care and comfortable accommodations to residents. We provide care that can grow with the needs of each of our residents.

Oak Leaf Manor is a Premier Personal Care home located in Lancaster County, PA. We offer five different levels of care and residents only pay for the care that they need. Care levels can decrease as a resident’s personal care needs decrease. Our staff encourages independence and strives to keep each of our residents functioning at their most independent level. Along with Premier Personal Care, Oak Leaf Manor is home to Friendship Place, a secure neighborhood inside Oak Leaf Manor that provides specialized care for individuals with memory impairment, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Lewy Body Disease, and other forms of dementia as well as memory impairment which occurs unexpectedly as a result of other health complications. Oak Leaf Manor’s philosophy advocates valuing the whole person and affirming each resident as an individual. The home-like, relaxed atmosphere promotes participation through spending time with our trained and experienced staff in smaller groups, where the emphasis is on support, positive redirection, and encouragement.

🚌🌾 A Scenic Day Through Lancaster County! 🌾🚌

Sometimes the best adventures are the simplest ones! Today, our residents enjoyed a beautiful scenic bus ride through the countryside of Lancaster County, taking in the rolling farmland, charming back roads, and all the beautiful views our community has right in our own backyard. 💚

A little summer rain wasn't about to dampen our fun! 🌦️

Our residents had an amazing time today painting beautiful sea turtles with Artistry de Luz. The smiles, creativity, and laughter made for the perfect afternoon!

We hope to see everyone tonight at the South Summer Bash! We have food, games, a bounce house, and even a dunk tank this year. It is completely free so bring your family!

Our residents had a hopping good time today! 🦘💚

Nothing brings out smiles quite like a visit from some adorable baby kangaroos! From curious little noses to tiny hops, these special guests filled our community with laughter, joy, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

A big thank you to Serenity Hospice PA for making today happen! This was definitely one for the memory books!

At Oak Leaf Manor South, we love finding creative ways to keep our residents active and engaged! ⛳️

A big thank you to Fox Therapy for bringing one resident's passion for golf into his therapy session by setting up a putting green right here in our community. By incorporating his personal interests into therapy, they're helping him stay motivated, improve his mobility, and continue doing something he loves.

It's amazing to see how meaningful activities can make therapy both effective and enjoyable!

🌺☀️ Aloha, Summer! ☀️🌺

We kicked off the first days of summer island-style with a tropical Luau Party! 🌴🍍 Our residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with laughter, music, delicious treats, and plenty of summer spirit.

From colorful leis to tropical decorations and festive fun, it was the perfect way to welcome the sunshine and celebrate the season together. At Oak Leaf Manor, every day is an opportunity to create meaningful memories and enjoy life's special moments with friends.

🦙☀️ Wild about our day at Tobias Lake! ☀️ 🦙

Our residents had an amazing day enjoying the sunshine, fresh air, and beautiful scenery at Tobias Lake. From feeding the animals to sharing laughs with friends, it was a day full of smiles, memories, and plenty of adventure!

There's nothing better than getting out into the community and making the most of these beautiful summer days! Life at Oakleaf Manor is pretty great!
