Oak Leaf Manor South Our community provides personalized care and comfortable accommodations to residents. We provide care that can grow with the needs of each of our residents.

Oak Leaf Manor is a Premier Personal Care home located in Lancaster County, PA. We offer five different levels of care and residents only pay for the care that they need. Care levels can decrease as a resident’s personal care needs decrease. Our staff encourages independence and strives to keep each of our residents functioning at their most independent level. Leaf Manor is home to Friendship Place, a secure neighborhood inside Oak Leaf Manor that provides specialized care for individuals with memory impairment, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Lewy Body Disease, and other forms of dementia as well as memory impairment which occurs unexpectedly as a result of other health complications. Oak Leaf Manor’s philosophy advocates valuing the whole person and affirming each resident as an individual. The home-like, relaxed atmosphere promotes participation through spending time with our trained and experienced staff in smaller groups, where the emphasis is on support, positive redirection, and encouragement.

Yesterday, Oak Leaf Manor had the pleasure of hosting the Lancaster Senior Outreach Service (SOS) group—a dedicated network of professionals committed to serving older adults in our community.

We were honored to welcome Sandy Yager, a licensed therapist with Supportive Care, as our guest speaker. She delivered an insightful presentation on grief and loss—how it manifests in our residents, the importance of recognizing it, and the meaningful role we play in supporting individuals through these experiences within our communities.

At Oak Leaf Manor, we are proud to have built over 40 years of strong community relationships. These partnerships strengthen our ability to provide exceptional support to residents and their families as they navigate each new chapter of life—ensuring they feel understood, supported, and never alone along the way.
