Rachel W Yoder 14 years old 5ft, blue eyes,brownish blonde hair,unknown clothing description. Last seen at her residents on Fountain Nook Road around 11:00 pm on 04/17/2026. Unknown destination or direction of travel. If seen or any information about her location, please contact the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office or local law enforcement.

🚨REMINDER - RENEW YOUR DOG LICENSE! 🐶
Holmes County currently has 1,137 delinquent dog licenses! We understand that some accounts may just need to be updated. If you need to purchase your 2026 dog license you can do so online at https://www.doglicenses.us/OH/Holmes/ or at both the Dog Warden’s Department and the Auditor’s Office. If you need to update your account please contact us at 330-674-6301. Follow ups will begin very soon! All dogs 3 months of age or older are required to have a dog license. If you have already taken care of yours or updated your account thank you!!

💥 It helps reunite you and your dog if you were to get seperated. In some cases it may even help you avoid impound fees and citations!
💥 It funds the Dog Warden’s Department and Adoption Center and the work that we do helping both humans and dogs in the community.
