Over the past few weeks we’ve been continuing the steady process of clearing and stabilizing different areas of the Terrace View complex.
Today’s update focuses on the former laundry room area, which has now been completely cleared and brought back into usable condition. Now open to investigations!
The before and after photos show just how much material had accumulated here over the years. Everything has now been removed, sorted, and properly disposed of, allowing us to fully inspect the space and the surrounding infrastructure.
As part of this work we’ve also been carrying out preventative measures throughout the building. Clearing blocked areas, improving ventilation where needed, and ensuring key systems and access points remain visible and maintainable for the long term.
Projects like this might not be the most glamorous, but they’re exactly the kind of groundwork that protects a building like Terrace View for the future. A 60,000-square-foot facility doesn’t come back to life overnight. it happens one room at a time.
Alongside the restoration work, we’ve taken every measure to ensure that activity at the property remains aligned with applicable local and state regulations.
As progress continues, private investigations are gradually reopening, with public events expected to return in stages as the building and operational requirements continue to be finalized.

Based on the work completed to date and the guidance received, we believe the property is operating in compliance with applicable local and state regulations, including fire safety requirements.
