To all of our students, teachers, bus drivers, staff, and families—we wish you a wonderful first day and an amazing school year ahead!

To our elementary students: learn lots, make new friends, be kind, have fun, and always remember that your community is cheering you on! 💙

Let’s all do our part to make this a safe and successful school year. Please slow down in school zones, watch for buses and children, and give our students the extra time and space they need.

🌳 TODAY at 6:00 PM at Deer Run Park, the Village of Millersburg will be planting the Holmes County America 250th Birthday Tree in celebration of the 250th anniversary of our great nation. 🇺🇸🌳

We’ll gather near the picnic pavilion for a few words before planting this very special tree. It won’t take much of your evening, but it will mark a moment that we hope will be remembered for generations to come!

Come out, bring the family, and be part of watching a piece of history take root right here in Millersburg!

🌳 You’re Invited!

Tomorrow evening at 6:00 PM, the Village of Millersburg will gather at Deer Run Park to plant the Holmes County America 250th Birthday Tree!

Please join us near the picnic pavilion as we commemorate this special milestone in our nation’s history. There will be a few brief remarks followed by the planting of the tree, so the ceremony will be short and respectful of everyone’s time.

We would love for you to come out, be part of this historic moment, and watch as this tree is planted as a lasting symbol of Holmes County’s celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today is National Dog Day, so let’s see those sweet pups! ❤️ Show me a picture of your dog in the comments!

This is R***r. He was the absolute BEST boy. There are some dogs who leave paw prints on your heart that never fade, and R***r was one of those dogs!

After the heartbreak of losing Gus, R***r came into our lives and helped heal our hearts in ways I don’t think we even realized we needed. ❤️ He brought so much love, happiness, and unconditional companionship into our home.

I will forever be grateful for the years, memories, and love we shared with our sweet boy. 🐾

📚✏️ Welcome Back, West Holmes! 🐺❤️

Today marks the first day back to school for West Holmes Middle School and High School! It’s an exciting day as students, teachers, bus drivers, and staff begin another school year.

This year feels a little different for our youngest students, as West Holmes Elementary won’t begin until September 8th. So while some of our kids are already back in the classroom, others still have a little more summer left to enjoy! ☀️😊

To all of our students, teachers, administrators, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, custodians, and staff—we wish you a wonderful, successful, and SAFE school year! ❤️

To our students: Be kind, work hard, make good choices, and enjoy the journey. You never know what amazing things this year may bring!

And to our school staff: Thank you for everything you do for our kids and our community. We appreciate you more than you know! 🍎📚
