🎄 LET’S RIDE! 🎄

Registration is OPEN for our Yuletide Ride Golf Cart Parade as part of Home for the Holidays in Millen!

📅 Thursday, December 17th
⏰ Parade starts at 6:00 PM
📍 Lineup begins at the concrete water tower on Cotton Ave.

Deck out your golf cart in your best Christmas decorations and join us as we travel the length of Cotton Avenue!

A few reminders:
🎄 Golf carts must have lights required for street use.
🎄 The number of passengers cannot exceed the number of available seats.
🎄 Golf carts must be decorated for Christmas, but your decorations do not have to be lit.

Grab your family, decorate your cart and come spread some Christmas cheer through downtown Millen!

🥬🍊 Fresh Georgia-grown produce + supporting Jenkins County 4-H = a win-win! 🍅🌽

Beginning Monday, September 14, you’ll be able to order a 20-pound box of fresh, Georgia-grown produce for $35.

You have TWO ways to participate:
🥕 Order a box for your family and enjoy fresh Georgia-grown produce at home.
💚 Donate a box and Jenkins County 4-H will make sure it is distributed to a local family in need or provided to a local food bank for distribution.

For every $35 box purchased through Jenkins County 4-H, $9 comes directly back to our local 4-H program. Those funds will be used right here in Jenkins County to support youth development opportunities such as 4-H Project Achievement, educational programs, event supplies, and other hands-on experiences for our 4-H’ers.

So when you purchase a box, you’re not only getting fresh Georgia produce — you’re also investing in opportunities for local youth. And if you choose to donate your box, your purchase can make an impact in even more ways.

📦 Produce distribution will take place the week of November 16. Just in time for Thanksgiving prep!

🏠 155 N Gray St and ⛪ Fairhaven Church will be the newest additions to our wooden ornament series.

🌾 Our Millen ornament will be acrylic and will honor our local farmers and the crops that have helped shape Jenkins County for generations.

Each ornament is $15, and quantities will be limited!
