As one of the original founders of Meals on Wheels, Ken played an instrumental role in building a program that has touched countless lives. His compassion, leadership, and dedication to helping others will never be forgotten. We are truly grateful for the legacy he leaves behind.

We recently had the joy of hosting our Annual Meals on Wheels Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, and it was a wonderful reminder of just how special our volunteers truly are.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our program. With nearly 80 dedicated volunteers, we are able to deliver more than 400 meals each month to seniors who depend on nutritious food, regular wellness checks, and meaningful companionship. Their kindness and commitment make a real difference every single day.

A special thank you to Green Acres Health & Rehabilitation and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) for providing and preparing a delicious meal for our volunteers. We are also grateful to Northridge Christian Church for generously providing the space to host our luncheon.

We are deeply thankful for every volunteer and partner who helps make Meals on Wheels possible in our community. 💙

🥞 Thank You, Baldwin County! 🥞

Our Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser was a huge success 💛 Thanks to your support, we raised enough to provide more than 750 meals for local seniors — what an incredible impact!

A special thank you to Green Acres Health & Rehabilitation/Ethica and the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) for the food and preparation, Northridge Christian Church for hosting us, and Morning Grind for keeping everyone caffeinated!

And of course, thank you to everyone who sold tickets, bought tickets, or supports Meals on Wheels in any way. We’re so grateful to live in a community that comes together to care for our neighbors! 🥰
