Big News! Senate Adopts Amendment to Restrict Rodenticide Use 🎉

On Wednesday April 15, the MA State Senate unanimously adopted Amendment 3 to the Mass Ready Act that would allow cities and towns across the state to restrict or ban deadly anticoagulant rodenticides, commonly known as rat poison, that harm wildlife and pets.

Your voices made the difference! Nearly 5,000 advocates emailed their State Senators asking them to support this measure and a countless number also called.

This victory did not come without compromise, as this proposal is not a statewide ban. It is still an important step in the right direction. This is the winding path to victory.
