To obtain a library card bring two pieces of ID showing your name and current address. If you live in the City limits of Millbrook there is no charge for a card. if you are outside of the city limits but in Elmore County there is a $5.00 yearly fee. If you live in another county the fee is $15.00 yearly. Children must be 6 years old to receive a card and a parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor under the age of 18 years.
