So much happening this week! Started with Kindergarteners arriving for their first day on Tuesday with fanfare provided by 5th grade students. Then, kicking off Cougar Movers this morning with a great turnout (thank you volunteers)! Finishing up the day with your Mill Creek staff showing their spirit in homemade tie dye shirts! Have a great weekend everyone!

Day two of teachers preparing for the start of school tomorrow. We met our PTA board and had a special visit from Dr. Saltzman. So much fun! Don’t forgot Meet the Teacher today at 3:30-see you then!

What a special moment earlier this month! Seniors from Jackson and Everett high schools walked our halls, high-fiving students and soaking up the love. So much pride (and a few tears, too)! Our Cougars got a glimpse of what’s ahead—and our grads reminded us all why we do what we do. 💜🤍🐾

What an amazing start to Cougar Movers this morning! We are keeping our minds AND bodies strong this year. Come out and join us Friday mornings to run/walk a few laps! Also, a special thank you to all of our parents volunteers who help make this happen. We appreciate you!

Our 4th Graders experienced a "book tasting" today. They sampled delectable books from many different genres and clearly enjoyed the process. Our compliments to the chefs!

Our students are reviewing common area expectations this week thanks to our fantastic Para-Educator Crew! Ask your students about Kiss and Go (drop-off and pick-up) procedures. They will be able to answer your questions! Enjoy the sunshine!

Our staff have been busy preparing for our students. Today is the last day of quiet hallways for a while and we are excited to hear the sounds of students learning and having fun starting tomorrow!

Come to your new classroom this afternoon for Meet the Teacher from 3:30-4:30, and then meet your friends at the PTA Party on the Playground after that starting at 4:30. We can't wait to see you!
