Friends of Fishermen's Bend This is a site for information concerning BLM's Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site.

Here guests and hosts can get information on the event's at the park as well as post their pictures and stories concerning "FishBend". Fishermen's Bend is managed by the Bureau of Land Management which is responsible for some of the most beautiful landscapes in the West; forests, rangelands, beaches, and mountains across more than 15 million acres in Oregon and over 400,000 acres in Washington.

Fishermen's Bend has extended their day use area. Parts of the old "River-Loop" is now open for parking and picnicking!! We are still only open for Day-Use (No Camping). The Day-Use Group area known as Cottonwoods, is also available by Reservation only. **Also note, still no water or restrooms, we do have a few Porta potties!!

Many folks have asked for an update; clean up is in motion, but progress is slow. Please continue being patient. We do plan to have day use open soon, with access to the river, but many areas will still be closed and restricted for your safety as we continue to work hard on rebuilding our beloved park. Thank you
