Due to dangerously cold temperatures and predicted snowfall, Pathway To A Better Life is opening a warming center for those in need in our communities.

We are incredibly grateful for our Pathway volunteers who will be covering the overnight hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. To ensure we can remain open safely and fully staffed, we are now asking for support from community members to help cover the following daytime shifts:

Community Volunteer Shifts Needed:
• 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

The November 6, 2024 ban of all outdoor fires was rescinded. Cooking fires are allowed. As a reminder, open burning for sticks and clippings requires a permit and the season is from January 15 to May 1. Call Milford Fire Department at 508-473-1214 if you have questions or concerns.
