Good morning!
Winter is upon us, and councilwoman Katrina Wilson noticed that some of our neighbor’s little toes need a bit more warmth. If you can, please consider donating some new socks. Child size is good but any size will be appreciated. There’s a drop box inside City Hall. Thank you! ❤️🌻🎄

Well it’s been a wild ride and an amazing experience! To all my supporters-
Thank you for everything. I’m taking a much needed rest, and will file to fill Todd’s council seat. Looking forward to doing good things when my time comes- and doing good things regardless of outcome!

Seeing my name in that voting booth was a singularly weird but good experience. Now we wait..🌻❤️

Thanks to the city, DMI, and the Senior Center for making it happen!

We're excited to announce that the Milford Senior Center, Inc. will offer a complimentary shuttle service from Bug and Bud to the polls on April 27th. The shuttles will operate between the Bug and Bud Festival and the Public Works Building, where the elections will take place. Pick-up and drop-off points will be at the Arena's parking lot. For shuttle schedules, please visit the Senior Center Relaxation Spot in their parking area. While rides are free, donations to the Senior Center are appreciated. This shuttle service will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. throughout the festival, departing every 15 minutes.

Thank you, Milford Senior Center!

Only a few more days until Election Day!
Heartfelt thanks to all the people who supported me and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone for this amazing experience. It’s been a great honor. It’s now up to the people- but if elected, I will serve with love, and hope to help usher our whole community together towards a brighter future 🌻

Maybe this heckler, whose first amendment rights I will happily defend because I love our country and constitution, needs to learn more about our home state:

Let me introduce myself:

Nadia is your neighbor, running to represent your interests in Ward 2. She grew up in Southern NJ in a three generation bilingual household. She is the first generation born in the USA to Ukrainian parents who arrived here to make a new life after leaving their war torn homeland. Her lifelong love of art led her to create a career in a challenging field. She has been a small business owner for more than 30 years providing her artistic skills which can be seen all over Milford, from Benvenuto to My Sisters Fault to Lulu the Ladybug which graces the steps of the Milford Museum. Running this business has given her the experience she needs to solve challenging problems and complete complicated tasks- on time and on budget, with a commitment to excellent results.
Nadia and her husband Craig came to Milford more than 10 years ago in order to better care for her mother-in-law Ruth. They purchased an old home on South Walnut Street that was ideally situated near town amenities and provided the privacy and independence that made the best of the difficult situation. She soon fell in love with the charming town and decided to become involved in service and volunteer work. She has served on the Milford Museum board, DMI Design Committee, and donated her artwork to decorate the Santa House and electrical box downtown. She currently serves as cochair on the Milford Zoning Board of Adjustments where she has a record of balancing the needs of the community while respecting individual property rights.
Growing up in and being a homeowner in Southern NJ has given her a first hand perspective in how not to govern. It was an expensive experience in taxation without real representation that she will fight to prevent from happening here. If elected, controlling and managing growth and maintaining good communication with the community is how she will represent Ward 2 on Milford’s Town Council.
