First I would like to congratulate District 7 Vice President Craig Long on his appointment to Chief for the Leominster Fire Department.

Craig has done an amazing job for our district and for the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts. He will be missed!

I will be running for Craig's vacated seat as the District 7 Vice President to the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts.

I am asking my district for their support and their vote at the April PFFM State Meeting at Florian Hall!!

Together we can continue the great work Craig and the PFFM have done for our district and all firefighters across Massachusetts.

Let's show some support for one of our retired members, Firefighter John Hennessy!!

We are having a fundraising raffle for John and the winner will be announced at our annual Porketta Feed with Oliva's famous porketta dinner!!

John is unfortunately battling end stage renal disease and needs a new kidney. Scan the QR code if you are interested in being a donor.

The items being raffled are a signed Swayman jersey and a signed copy of Bobby Orr's book.

$20 per ticket! Simply Venmo the Milford Permanent Firefighters Association and include your name and phone number.

(All entrants will be assigned a ticket for every $20 and the drawing will take place at the Porketta Feed.)

Thank you to all the businesses and organizations that have registered for tomorrows Christmas Parade so far!

For anyone else that would like to participate, please arrive at the parade lineup (Veterans Memorial Drive next to IHOP) between 3:00-3:30pm. We will have a registration table set up for anyone who has not pre-registered. Fire apparatus and emergency vehicles will line up behind our Birch Street Fire Station (21 Birch Street). Trophies will be given for best decorated fire apparatus and floats!! The parade will step off at 4:30pm.

Please also see the following rules:

-Registration fee is $25 for businesses (we will accept cash, checks, Venmo).
-Venmo:
-There is no charge for community organizations and fire trucks.
-All vehicles must be registered and insured (MPD will be checking).
-All vehicles must be decorated!!!
-No other Santas are allowed!!!
