In most cases, these callers are demanding payment over the phone for alleged warrants, missed jury duty, fines or other legal matters. Please keep in mind that we will NEVER request payment over the phone. If you receive a scam phone call hang up immediately and report it to your local law enforcement agency.

I was honored to be at the State Capitol in Harrisburg yesterday representing the citizens of Pike County. I want to thank Senator Lisa Baker, Senator Rosemary Brown, Representative Jeff Olsommer and Representative Tarah Probst for taking the time to meet and discuss our concerns. Today was Pennsylvania Sheriffs Association “Day on the Hill” in Harrisburg, and it was great to catch up with two of our hometown sheriffs— Wayne County PA Sheriff's Office Chris Rosler and Pike County Sheriff's Office, PA Brian Vennie.

I appreciated the opportunity to discuss issues important to law enforcement, public safety, and the communities they proudly serve. Thank you both for your dedication and service to the people of Wayne and Pike counties. 👮‍♂️🤝
