Hey everyone, I ( Matt Biagini) spoke with the property management company which is in charge of our HOA fund/fee collection and allocation in regard to a neighborhood directory being published. I think there are many reason this will be helpful to our residents, I. E. finding babysitters or someone who has a business that may be helpful to you. It will only be available to those in our neighborhood, and they (Stonegate property management) will be paying for the printing and binding after I have collected all of the pertinent information. This will be a great way to put those fees to work lol. There will be a flyer in your mailbox in the next few days, with a link for sending your contact information if you so desire to be included in the neighborhood registry. This will be forwarded on to the company and printed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me via email [email protected]!

Hey everyone! For anyone who may not know, there is now a private group for the neighborhood on here. For safety reasons, a public page seemed less effective. Also, the private group allows an alert to go out when something or someone posts- therefore eliminating the chance the info will get "missed" on your Facebook feed. If you're a resident and would like to be added, comment on this post 😊

Two nights ago (May 27th) there were several car break ins in the neighborhood (Falling Wood culdesac). Miami Township Police has informed us that the culprits have been apprehended. Even though that is great news, this is the second time in 6 months that our neighborhood has been hit. Keep your eyes out!

As summer starts to break and we saunter out of hibernation, bidding way to the frigid tretories of Cincinnati. Some might notice new faces in the neighborhood. I'm sure we are all probably floating high on the unrealized 10-20% gain in home value from the new Milford school which is breaking ground in the field next to our neighborhood, big plus. Throw a hello out there to the new neighbor near you.

Confirmed! New Seipelt Elementary to be built on 131 location next to our neighborhood.

Tonight, the Milford Board of Education voted 5-0 to build the new Seipelt Elementary on the district-owned property on Route 131. More details on the decision to follow tomorrow.

Site Selection for the New Seipelt Elementary
Board Work Session
Date: March 10, 2014

Milford High School Cafeteria

The Site Selection Committee will present their findings
from the studies conducted at both potential locations
for the new Seipelt building. Based on the site and
traffic studies, recommendation of the site selection
committee, and community input, the Board expects to
approve the site for Seipelt at the regular Board of
Education to be held at Seipelt Elementary on Thursday,
March 20, at 7 p.m.
